Danielle Fondren, President & CEO


In the spring of 2005, Danielle Fondren left the Florida Department of Environmental Protection and, shortly thereafter, started DHF Consulting.  Danielle is an environmental scientist with a background in biology, ecology and coastal oceanography.  She has extensive experience in research and environmental regulation and holds a Masters of Science in Oceanography degree from Florida State University.  The company benefits from her knowledge of wetland / surface water permitting, environmental assessments, and wetland mitigation.  Clients benefit from Danielle's close working relationships with the regulators in the state and federal permitting agencies.  She works out of the main office in North Jacksonville.

 


John E. Cook, Vice President

We are pleased to announce that on October 2, 2006, John E. Cook joined the company and has been appointed Vice President.  John, a Jacksonville resident since 1967, has extensive experience in general contracting, real estate, land development, and environmental permitting.  For the last twelve years, John has represented clients in northeast Florida at the county, state, and federal level in obtaining permits for water access structures, seawalls and upland retaining walls, submerged lands leases and easements, and dredge and fill.  John is well known in the marine construction industry and maintains his Florida General Contractors License.  He operates from the company’s satellite office in Fleming Island.
